What if I’m brand new to CrossFit?
No problem! We welcome all fitness levels. Our On-Ramp program includes 1-on-1 coaching sessions to help you learn the movements, get confident, and feel prepared for classes.
Do you offer drop-ins for visitors?
Yes! We love welcoming traveling athletes. Drop-ins are $29.99 and include full access to the class and open gym that day. Just sign up online before arriving.
What’s included in a membership?
Depending on your membership type, you’ll get access to all CrossFit classes, open gym hours, and coach-led support. Unlimited members also get priority access to events and community workouts.
How do I get started?
Easy! Just book a free intro call or schedule a drop-in. We’ll talk about your goals and guide you to the best starting point — whether it’s a single session, On-Ramp, or full membership.
Can I try a class before committing?
Absolutely! You can try one of our drop-in classes or sign up for a 1-week unlimited pass to get a feel for our coaching style and community.
What are specialty classes and how do I sign up?
Specialty classes like Olympic Weightlifting, Strength+, Hybrid Racer, and The Gymnast offer focused training in specific disciplines. Members can add them for $74.99/month, and non-members for $109.99/month.
